What Operating Systems are supported?

At present we support Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (but not RT).

What Outlook versions are supported?

At present we support Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.

Do you support 32 bit and 64 bit?

Yes - we support Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 - all in 32 bit and 64 bit varieties.

What Email Clients are supported?

At present we support Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.

What languages are supported?

AttachAware is multi-lingual - you can change the language in the settings dialog.
At the time of writing this FAQ entry, we support English and Spanish - more on the way!

Am I entitled to updates?

Yes, you are entitled to minor point updates on the product you purchased.
We will try to keep you posted when new versions are available.

What is the 30 Day Free Trial?

How do I move from trial to "real"?
